Indonesian government set forth sets of policies to deal with the country’s imminent problems. One of the policies is integrating technologies in classroom contexts as one part of school’s infrastructure. This study investigated how English teachers manifested their instructional behavior that will lead to student learning. There were 57 exceptional English teachers invited to participate in this multiple-case study. The data was collected through one-on-one interviews with the English teachers, which were then triangulated with students in their respective classrooms and with the researcher’s site observation and document reviews. The results of this study revealed that English teachers in Indonesia have manifested the characteristics of digital educational leaders. Further, the teachers were invited to adopt the working framework for digital educational leaders in their respective contexts. The framework highlights the necessity of teacher knowledge, motivation, and support services. It was concluded that by implementing this framework, teachers in Indonesia would be able to provide better and richer experiences of learning for the students.
