Educational metaverse is the future vision of educational digital transformation. The success of educational objectives can be significantly impacted by its application scenarios, which can also alter the setting and instructional strategies used in traditional education.
"The Three World Model" of the real world, the virtual world and the inner world of the educational metaverse are presented in this paper along with a thorough analysis of the concept, attributes and significance of the educational metaverse. And four types of educational metaverse application scenarios are built: virtual simulation scenarios, XR teaching scenarios, smart teaching scenarios and management platforms. The concepts, characteristics, functions and other elements of each type of application scenarios are analyzed from various angles.
This paper focuses on the research of more than 150 enterprises, of which 36 are higher education enterprises, 77 are vocational education enterprises, and 45 are basic education enterprises, based on the aforementioned four categories of educational metaverse application scenarios connotation analysis and system classification. This paper delves into the most recent state of innovation and development in various application scenarios based on the company and product information that has been thoroughly studied. In higher education, for instance, virtual campuses and XR immersive learning environments are frequently used; in vocational education, there are numerous virtual simulation base construction and practical training applications; and virtual reality functional classroom scenarios in primary education have positive outcomes.
Additionally, in order to aid researchers in different fields in mastering the educational metaverse Teaching application scenarios, this paper thoroughly analyzes the construction plan of the enterprise-provided educational metaverse and discusses the construction approach of the educational metaverse application scene from the perspectives and levels of the government, schools, enterprises and industry organizations.

This paper offers three world models for the educational metaverse and conducts a thorough analysis of the concept, characteristics and significance of it. The article constructs four types of educational metaverse application scenarios, including virtual simulation scenarios, XR teaching scenarios, intelligent teaching scenarios, and management platforms. This paper focuses on the research of more than 150 enterprises, of which 36 are higher education enterprises, 77 are vocational education enterprises, and 45 are basic education enterprises, based on the aforementioned four categories of educational metaverse application scenarios connotation analysis and system classification. This paper assists researchers from various domains in mastering the application scenarios of educational metaverse.
